There’s something special about the combination of red and gold that made we want to get this doll. Ever After High Apple White from the Powerful Princess Club is one of the few new EAH dolls that caught my attention. The smaller faces, smiles, painted on leggings, lack of articulation and accessories are common among the new EAH dolls and even though they don’t bug me too much, I still remember the outstanding quality of the original dolls and I really miss it.
In my opinion the EAH Powerful Princess Club doll line is something in-between the budget and the full-price dolls. Neither Apple, nor the other characters featured in this doll line (Holly O’Hair and Madeline Hatter), are as detailed as the dolls from for example Spring Unsprung or Dragon Games lines, but they are also not as basic as the dolls from the Ballet line with limited articulation and no accessories.
Ever After High Apple White from the Powerful Princess Club is a surprisingly nice doll. What I like about her is the fact that she is fully articulated and has a lot of accessories. She is wearing a 2 in 1 outfit and her assymetrical underskirt is removable which allows you to create different looks for the doll. Apple has a golden crown, little red apple earrings , a golden neckpiece, a golden scepter and a red apple-shaped handbag. She has molded on and painted on black leggings that look good with this particular outfit however they might make it more challenging to change her clothes completely. Apple is wearing fabulous golden shoes with intricate black laces which I like a lot. The doll also comes with a ring for her owner.
When I compared this Apple to the other new doll of this character that I have, Epic Winter Apple White, I noticed they would totally look better if they had each other’s faces. I think that Epic Winter Apple’s makeup would match Powerful Princess Club one’s better and vice versa. What do you think about this idea?

Połączenie złota i czerwieni ma w sobie coś wyjątkowego, co skłoniło mnie do zakupu tej lalki. Lalka Ever After High Apple White z serii Księżniczki to jedna z niewielu nowych lalek EAH, które zwróciły na siebie moją uwagę. Wprawdzie nie przeszkadzają mi zbytnio wszechobecne wśród nowych lalek mniejsze głowy, uśmiechy, namalowane legginsy i brak ruchomości oraz akcesoriów, to wciąż pamiętam niesamowitą jakość, którą cechowały się pierwsze lalki EAH i bardzo mi jej brakuje.
Moim zdaniem linia lalek Ever After High Księżniczki to coś pomiędzy linią lalek ekonomicznych i tych pełnowymiarowych. Ani Apple, ani pozostałe lalki z tej serii tj. Holly O’Hair i Madeline Hatter, nie są tak dopracowane jak lalki np. z serii Święto Baśniowiosny czy Smocze Igrzyska, ale równocześnie nie są one tak bardzo pozbawione detali i akcesoriów jak lalki z serii Balet o minimalnej ruchomości kończyn.
Ever After High Apple White z serii Księżniczki to zaskakująco ładna lalka. Podoba mi się, że jest w pełni ruchoma i ma dużo akcesoriów. Lalka ubrana jest w strój 2 w 1, co polega na tym, że można zdjąć dolną warstwę jej spódnicy i tym samym zmienić wygląd lalki. Apple ma złotą koronę, małe czerwone kolczyki w kształcie jabłek, złoty naszyjnik, złote berło i czerwoną torebkę w kształcie jabłka. Lalka ma namalowane na nogach czarne legginsy, które chociaż dobrze pasują do tego stroju, to mogą utrudnić dobieranie lalce innych strojów. Apple ma także wspaniale złote buty z czarnymi sznurowadłami. W zestawie z lalką dołączony jest czerwony pierścionek dla jej właścicielki.
Kiedy postawiłam tę Apple obok Apple z serii Zima Wszechbaśni, doszłam do wniosku, że lalki wyglądałyby dużo lepiej, gdyby zamieniły się twarzami. Moim zdaniem makijaż Apple z serii Zima Wszechbaśni bardziej pasuje do Apple z serii Księżniczki i vice versa. Co Ty o tym myślisz?
