The Integrity Toys 24K Erin has been a long-time grail of mine, but with resale prices soaring over $2000, I knew I had to get creative. Instead of breaking the bank, I decided to make my own version – and I couldn’t be happier with how she turned out!
Creating a OOAK (one-of-a-kind) version of a rare doll was both fun and rewarding. In this post, I’ll take you through the step-by-step process of transforming an Integrity Toys Nights Out Erin Salston Basic doll into my very own 24K Erin Salston.
Step-by-Step: My Custom 24K Erin Transformation
1. Starting with the base doll
I began with the Integrity Toys Nights Out Erin Salston Basic doll as my base. She has the same screening as 24K Erin, making her the perfect candidate for this makeover.

2. Removing the original hair
To achieve the signature platinum blonde look, I carefully removed Erin’s factory hair. This part requires patience, as all the original hair needs to be pulled out from the inside of the head.
3. Rerooting with platinum blonde hair
Next, I rerooted her with gorgeous platinum blonde hair from www.dollyhair.com (I used the hair called “Ice White Saran Doll Hair”). This was a labor-intensive process, but so worth it for that luxurious shine!
4. Painting lips and nails gold
To enhance the golden theme, I hand-painted her lips and nails in a metallic gold shade. This small detail really tied the whole look together.

5. Styling the hair & adding gold beads
After rerooting, I trimmed and styled her hair. I also added delicate gold beads from AliExpress for an extra luxe touch – very similar to the original 24K Erin.
6. Dressing her up – the final look!
With her new hair, makeup, and styling complete, all that was left was dressing her up. I styled her in metallic jumpsuit to match her golden theme, added black and white faux fur wrap, and just like that, my OOAK 24K Erin was born!
