Review # 84 Monster High Ghouls’ Getaway Jane Boolittle Doll

Monster High Ghouls’ Getaway doll line was released in November/December 2015 and it consists of five characters: Jinafire Long, Elissabat, Meowlody, Jane Boolittle and Spectra Vondergeist. The story behind the line is that the ghouls travel to a tropical island to relax during a school break. So far there were no webisodes released related to this line.

Ghouls’ Getaway doll line caught my attention from the moment I saw the dolls for the first time. At first I passed on Jane and I only bought Elissabat from Ghouls Getaway doll line. Then a few months later I looked at Jane Boolittle once again and I realized that it would be nice to have her in my collection too… here she is.

Jane Boolittle is a monster of an unknown species and the adopted daughter of Dr. Boolittle. Jane had no contact with humans or monsters for most of her childhood, and before meeting Dr. Boolittle her only companion was her pet sloth Needles. Currently Jane is a student at Monster High where she is trying to overcome her shyness and become friends with other students.

Ghouls’ Getaway Jane Boolittle is the third doll of this character and at the same time it presents her in a completely different look. Whereas both, her signature doll and Jane from Gloom and Bloom doll line, had dark purple and dark blue hair with pink streaks, this Jane has blue hair with teal streaks in it. What’s more the two previous dolls had dark pink lipstick, and Ghouls’ Getaway Jane is wearing outstanding teal lipstick. I will post pictures of the three Janes together on my Instagram, so make sure to follow me there too.

Jane Boolittle from the Monster High Ghouls’ Getaway doll line is a beautiful and unique doll. I like her unusual hairstyle and spectacular accessories. Jane is wearing a colorful short dress which is perfect for a vacation on a tropical island. She has a huge neon green neck/chestpiece and a hairpiece and a bracelet in the same color. She also has huge teal earrings, a teal belt and a teal bracelet. She also wears teal wedges that are a brand new mold (like all of her accessories) and have never been used before on other Monster High dolls. Just like Elissabat, Jane is a budget doll and she does not come with a brush or a stand.

Szkoda, że nie ma lata, bo przy kolejnej wizycie w Polsce wzięłabyś swoje wyspiarki i wraz z moimi z pierwszego wave'a zrobiłybyśmy wspólną sesyjkę 😀
