Review # 32 Monster High Iris Clops I Heart Fashion Doll

If you had asked me two months ago if I wanted to get Iris Clops, I would have answered that I was not interested in one-eyed Monster High doll. However one day I found Iris pretty cheap online and I decided to get her for the extra clothes and accessories. Today, when I have her already, I am very surprised at how much I like her, and I am going to keep her in my collection for sure. Iris Clops definitely looks so much better in person than in pictures that you can find online so if you are hesitating whether to get her or not, I suggest you give her a chance.Iris Clops is a very pretty doll and even though she has only one eye, she still looks cute. She is wearing a subtle makeup: teal eyeshadow around her eye and a deep green lipstick. She has a simple but interesting hairdo which consists of a ponytail at the back of her head, bangs pulled to the side and a braid with pink streaks around her head (I really like this hairstyle and I want to try it myself!). Iris’ hair is very soft (it is one of the softest Monster High doll hair I’ve ever touched) and thick, and fortunately there is no gel or glue in it.

Iris, as all of the dolls in the I Heart Fashion line, comes with a lot of extra clothes and accessories. My favorite outfit is the one she is wearing in the box because of the funny blinking shoes. I like that almost all of the clothes have eyes on them which seems to suit Iris’ personality and scaritage. You can mix and match all the clothes and accessories as you like, which allows you to create many different looks for Iris and it is a lot of fun.

Overall I must admit that Iris positively surprised me. I really like this doll and I think it was a great idea to feature Iris in the I Heart Fashion line. As you might remember, Iris’ first doll was a in 2-pack with Manny Taur which was a SDCC exclusive, so the I Heart Fashion Iris is her first doll that is available to everybody. I think this doll is worth buying and I recommend getting her.
